Return Policy All items can be returned within 10 days of being delivered for a full refund, minus shipping costs incurred by the seller. Before returning products, please contact us for an RMA number. The RMA number should be included on the return label. Items must be in as-new condition and properly packed in their original product packaging and original shipping packaging with all accessories and documentation. Shipping Policy Most products are built on a per-order basis. After receiving payment for an item, a Work Order is submitted and the build process is begun. Most items will usually shipped within two weeks of receiving the order. If there is an expected delay for any reason, we will contact you and let you know the status of your order.
